The job we do most here: Wi-Fi that reaches the whole house

Homes in Rototuna and Flagstaff are often big and two-storey. Most come with the standard router your internet provider sends. That router sits in one corner and can't reach the far bedrooms, the garage or the deck.

We replace or add to it with a mesh Wi-Fi system: two or three small units that share one network name, so your phone stays connected as you move around the house. We do the job in four steps:

  1. Check the signal room by room.
  2. Place the units where they'll work best.
  3. Move your devices across.
  4. Test speeds before we leave.

We install whichever brand suits your home and budget: TP-Link, Netgear Orbi, ASUS, Nokia or Google Nest. You get a written quote before we start. We tell you exactly which system we'd buy, whether it's Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6, and why, and we go ahead only once you're happy with the quote.

Everyday help in Huntington and Chartwell

Many of our north Hamilton customers are retired and want a patient person to sort out the small things:

  • OneDrive and cloud storage: full storage warnings, files that won't sync, photos that went missing.
  • iPhone and iPad: set-up, updates, iCloud, moving to a new phone.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook and Excel not opening, or asking for a sign-in.
  • Email: Xtra and Outlook problems.

These are quick jobs, and we explain each step as we go. New customers with a SuperGold Card pay $100 for their first on-site visit, plus $20 off their second visit. See computer help for seniors and Microsoft 365 and OneDrive help.
